I'm trying to order new blinds online, and I realized measuring windows isn't as straightforward as I thought. I measured twice and got two slightly different numbers each time—ugh. Do you measure from the inside edges or the outside frame? And do you round up or down if you're between measurements? I'm kinda paranoid about messing this up since returns sound like a nightmare. Anyone have tips or tricks that worked for them?

Honestly, measuring from the outside frame can sometimes be easier—at least it was for me. Inside measurements always seem trickier because walls aren't perfectly straight. Maybe consider outside mounts if you're worried about accuracy? Worked great in my living room.
