New windows vs. new doors: which upgrade actually boosts resale more?
- Totally get where you’re coming from - my place had old single-pane windows and replacing them made a huge difference in winter.
- Noticed the energy bill drop, but yeah, the upfront cost was a bit of a shock.
- I did swap out my door too, mostly for looks, and it made the entryway feel more inviting... but nobody commented on it during showings.

Yeah, I feel you on the scheduling mess. Took three tries for my window guys to actually show up when they said they would. But man, once they were in, the difference was wild - no more cold spots by the couch.
