What’s driving the price on custom-sized Pella windows?
How do you separate the cost of custom sizing and window options from installation scope and dealer markup when comparing Pella quotes? I’d want each bid to identify the dimensions and Pella series for each opening, and show how any custom sizing or configuration is priced.
The installation details matter just as much: removal, disposal, trim work, and installation can make two totals look comparable when they cover different work. Which line items have been most useful to clarify, and what differences would make you ask the dealer for a revised, like-for-like quote?
