Step 2, chase condensation around the house for a week.
That’s the part nobody warns you about. I remember sealing up my old sash windows and suddenly every cold surface had water running down it. Ended up putting a small fan in the bathroom just to keep things under control. Did you notice if your condensation was worse in certain rooms, or does it just follow you around? I’m still figuring out the right balance between warm and “not swampy.”
