When I was redoing the windows in my place, I kept forgetting stuff and had to run back and forth a million times. Finally made myself a quick checklist—measurements, style options, budget notes, etc. Saved me some headaches. Curious if anyone else has handy tips or tricks they've picked up?

Haha, I tried the checklist thing once but honestly, I kept forgetting to even look at it. Ended up scribbling measurements on my hand like I was back in middle school cheating on a test. Worked great until I washed my hands at the hardware store bathroom and lost half my numbers...lesson learned. Maybe your checklist method is better after all?
