RE: My experience with replacement window contractors in Tampa Bay
@rockysinger is right about asking about brands. I initially didn't care, but turns out my windows are from Custom Window Systems (CWS), which are made in Florida. That gave me peace of mind since they're designed for ou...
RE: Lessons Learned From Window Replacement in Tampa Bay: What to Know Before You Start
Quick note on HOA approvals – don’t forget this step if you live in a neighborhood with a homeowners association. In my community in Westchase, Tampa, any exterior change like windows needs HOA approval. I had to submit ...

RE: Tampa Bay Homeowners Compare Window Replacement Quotes and Costs
This thread is making my head spin a bit (so much info!), but better to know now than be surprised later. Grateful for all the insights here.
RE: What I Wish I Knew Before Replacing My Windows in Tampa Bay
I’ve been lurking on this thread for a while and just want to say thank you to everyone who shared their experiences. I’m about to sign a contract for 12 windows in my home in Brandon, and reading all this has made me so...
