Pinellas here. Our permit process was straightforward, but the HOA approval was the real battle. Definitely plan extra time for that!

Pasco homeowner checking in. We just replaced 8 windows and a slider – wish I’d seen this thread beforehand! We got lucky that our contractor did a lot right, but I see now what could’ve gone wrong.
