Been thinking about upgrading my windows to cut down on the AC bills, especially with summer coming up again soon. Did some quick reading and seems like double pane is pretty common and cheaper, but triple pane might give better insulation overall. Anyone here actually tried both or have experience with either? I've wondered the same thing myself. When I upgraded mine a few years back, I went double pane because the price jump to triple seemed pretty steep. Honestly, they've made a noticeable difference already—less drafty and quieter overall. But now I'm curious too...would triple pane have been even better long-term?
