Spent way too long wrestling with a busted window crank in my 80s-era living room. Found a replacement part online (after measuring wrong twice, ugh), and somehow managed to swap it out with only minimal swearing. It actually opens now without feeling like I’m arm wrestling the house. Anyone else get a weird sense of pride from fixing little stuff like this? Would love to hear what hardware headaches you’ve solved lately.
