Noticed my neighbor across the street meticulously cleaning and inspecting his windows every Sunday morning at exactly 8:15. Seems oddly specific, right? Maybe he's hiding something...or maybe I'm just bored. Anyone else got theories or similar quirky neighbors?

Could it just be a routine thing? Some people get really particular about their schedules—maybe it's his way of starting the week fresh or something. My dad used to mow our lawn every Saturday at exactly 9:30, rain or shine. Drove my mom nuts, but he swore it kept him sane. Could your neighbor's window-cleaning just be his version of that? Or have you noticed anything else odd besides the timing...?
