Noticed my neighbor across the street meticulously cleaning and inspecting his windows every Sunday morning at exactly 8:15. Seems oddly specific, right? Maybe he's hiding something...or maybe I'm just bored. Anyone else got theories or similar quirky neighbors?

Could it just be a routine thing? Some people get really particular about their schedules - maybe it's his way of starting the week fresh or something. My dad used to mow our lawn every Saturday at exactly 9:30, rain or shine. Drove my mom nuts, but he swore it kept him sane. Could your neighbor's window-cleaning just be his version of that? Or have you noticed anything else odd besides the timing...?
