Been thinking about this lately - imagine you're redoing your bedroom or bathroom and privacy's a big deal. Would you rather go for those fancy smart blinds or splurge on switchable glass? Curious what folks here would actually pick and why.

I've installed both in different projects, and honestly, I'd lean towards smart blinds. Switchable glass looks sleek and futuristic, sure, but it's pricey and can be a pain if something goes wrong - replacement or repairs aren't exactly DIY-friendly. Smart blinds give you more flexibility: easier installation, simpler troubleshooting, and you can upgrade or swap them out without breaking the bank. Plus, you can integrate them into your existing smart home setup pretty seamlessly...just my two cents from experience.
