Was just daydreaming about how windows might change in the next couple years. Like, imagine waking up in 2025, and your bedroom window gently dims itself to wake you up instead of an alarm. Or maybe it displays your calendar and weather forecast while you're brushing your teeth. Could even be solar-powered or something. Dunno, just seems cool to think about. Anyone got other ideas how windows could evolve?

I really like the idea of windows gently dimming to wake you up—beats my phone alarm blaring at me every morning, that's for sure. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if we start seeing windows that can adjust their tint automatically based on sunlight intensity. Like, imagine it's a super bright day and your window just subtly darkens itself to keep the room comfortable without you even noticing.

Also, thinking about energy efficiency, maybe windows could become smarter about insulation. I've had double-pane windows for years now, and they've been great for keeping the heat in during winter, but imagine if they could actively adapt to weather conditions. Like, sensing when it's cold outside and automatically adjusting their insulation properties to keep your home cozy without cranking up the heat.

And hey, solar-powered windows sound pretty neat too. If they could generate enough power to run small devices or charge your phone, that'd be a nice bonus. Not sure how practical it is yet, but definitely something I'd be interested in seeing down the line...
