We upgraded to triple pane windows last year, mostly because our winters get pretty brutal here. Honestly, I noticed a huge difference in winter—no more drafts and the heating bill dropped noticeably. But now that summer's rolled around again, I'm not really feeling as much of a difference with the AC running. Anyone else notice triple panes seem way more effective in cold weather than hot? Or is it just me imagining things...

Triple panes definitely shine brightest in winter—keeping heat in is their specialty. In summer, they're still helping, but the difference isn't always as obvious. Did you check if your attic insulation or shading could be the real culprit here...? Just a thought.
