RE: WHAT DID YOU WISH YOU KNEW BEFORE REPLACING YOUR OWN WINDOWS?
Funny, I actually lucked out with two of my windows fitting almost perfectly, but maybe my house is just weirdly “average”? The dust part though - I get it, but honestly, I just threw up some old sheets and vacuumed afte...
RE: Budgeting for new windows - how do you approach it?
Did you notice a big difference in noise reduction too, or was it mostly just drafts and bills? I'm thinking about budgeting for new windows myself, but the upfront cost is a bit intimidating. Did you go all-in at once o...
RE: Budgeting for new windows - how do you approach it?
Yeah, totally noticed that too. Our budget windows work fine, but the pricier ones we put upstairs definitely have a smoother glide. Still, for the savings, I can't really complain...they're doing their job nicely enough...

RE: Tampa Bay Home Resale Value & Window Replacement Discussion
Honestly, in our Tampa summers, any improvement that keeps the house cooler is worth it. Buyers here know how brutal the electric bills can get, so they appreciate things like modern windows even if they don't consciousl...
RE: Window Replacement Financing Options in Tampa Bay
I have a success story with those long-term no interest promotions. In 2019, one of the window companies we got a quote from was doing a special: 24 months no interest, no payments. Essentially, you get two years free of...
