I've noticed late fall or early winter tends to be pretty good - companies slow down a bit and wanna keep their crews working. You might have to deal with chilly drafts a bit longer, but hey...cheaper windows might warm ...

Tried this vinegar trick last weekend - worked surprisingly well. But does anyone else find the smell kinda... intense? Wondering if adding lemon juice might help tone it down a bit.
