Yeah, the puddles by the aluminum frames used to drive me nuts—felt like I needed a mop just for the windowsills in winter. Switched to fiberglass last year (Marvin too), and it’s way better, but you’re right, if the humidity inside is high, you’ll still get fog. Honestly, a good dehumidifier made just as much difference for me as the new windows. Sometimes it’s not even the brand, just getting away from metal frames and making sure you’re venting stuff properly.

That’s interesting—my experience was a bit different. I swapped out my old aluminum windows for vinyl (not fiberglass, but similar idea) and I still got some condensation, even with a dehumidifier running. Maybe it’s just my house, but I wonder if it also comes down to how well the windows are actually installed and sealed? I feel like air leaks around the frames can mess things up, no matter what material you use. Anyone else notice that, or am I just unlucky with my contractor...
