That’s pretty much how it went for me too—after sealing the main offenders, the rest just felt like chasing my tail. I get why folks want to go all-in, but in my 70s ranch, a little air movement actually helped with some weird damp spots in the basement. Ever notice how sometimes, after a big sealing project, you start getting condensation on the windows or even a musty smell? I guess it’s about finding that sweet spot between comfort and practicality. Spray foam cleanup is no joke, either... learned that the hard way behind my washer.
