Trying to track down local Milgard window suppliers - any tips?

I've been thinking about replacing some old windows with Milgard ones, heard they're pretty solid quality-wise. Did a quick search online, but honestly, the results were kinda overwhelming. Ended up just calling a couple of places randomly, but it felt like there must be a smarter way to narrow things down. Anyone got a better method or some tips on how you found your local dealer without wasting half a day?

The random-calling approach is probably what made it feel like a half-day project. I’d start with Milgard’s official dealer locator, then contact two or three authorized suppliers from that list. Compare more than the window price:
- Installation and product warranty terms, including who handles service claims
- Current lead times for the specific series, sizes, and glass package
- An itemized quote covering removal, disposal, flashing, trim, permits, and labor
That last part matters because a low “window price” can grow legs once installation details appear. Also verify that the quote identifies the exact Milgard series and configuration, not just “Milgard windows.”
