Got me imagining a scenario: guy installs new windows, wakes up next morning and sees a completely different view outside - like another dimension or something. Anyone wanna run with this?

Haha, sounds like the plot of a Twilight Zone episode. But seriously, if you're considering ReliaBilt from Lowe's, they're decent for the price point. I've installed them myself - pretty straightforward process, good insulation, and no dimensional portals appeared overnight (yet...). Just make sure you measure twice and check your framing carefully; even minor misalignments can cause headaches later on.
