nothing beats a good old sanding block and some patience. My hands hate me, but my windows look sharp.
I can relate—after my first attempt with a “multi-tool” sander, I ended up with more gouges than smooth spots. The marketing makes it sound like you’ll breeze through, but honestly, I got way better results going slow and steady with a sanding block. My hands were sore for days, but at least the trim didn’t look like it survived a shipwreck. Maybe there’s a middle ground, but for now, I’m sticking to manual for detail work.
