Okay, so I've been staring at these ugly, cracked window sidings on my house for months now, and yesterday I finally got up the nerve (and the ladder, lol) to tackle them myself. Watched a few YouTube vids, grabbed some supplies from the hardware store, and after a few hours of fumbling around, it actually turned out pretty decent. I mean, it's not perfect, but way better than before. Anyone else ever surprised themselves by successfully pulling off a DIY fix like this?

Nice job tackling that yourself. Reminds me of when I fixed my leaky faucet—thought I'd flood the kitchen, but it turned out alright. DIY wins feel pretty good, don't they?
