once that seal goes, the window’s basically on borrowed time
That’s been my experience too, unfortunately. I tried the pro reseal thing on one window a few years back—cost me almost as much as a new sash and it still fogged up again after about 18 months. Not sure if it’s just my luck or if these fixes are just fancy band-aids. Has anyone actually had a resealed window last longer than a couple years? Or is it just delaying the inevitable?
