Interesting idea about the wax-based protectantβI hadn't thought of that. I've mostly stuck to rinsing with fresh water and occasionally wiping down with vinegar to tackle those stubborn white spots. Seems to work okay, but now you've got me curious... might have to give the wax method a shot next time around. Did you notice if it attracted dust or sand at all? That's always my worry with waxy coatings near the beach.
