Yeah, warranty support is one of those things you don't really think about until you need it. Had a similar experience myself—bought some windows that were supposed to be top-notch, and two winters later, condensation everywhere. Supplier was suddenly "hard to reach," go figure. If you're DIYing, props to you... I chickened out and hired someone. Either way, definitely worth checking reviews on after-sales service before pulling the trigger.
